Mota yarn is a 100% Spanish wool. It's made entirely in the heart of Castilla- La Mancha, and is named to honor our roots in the town of Mota del Cuervo. Thanks to the proximity of the farms to our mill, Mota is produced with one of the smallest carbon footprints on the market!
Spun from carefully selected fleeces from nearby dairy ranches, Mota shows that this commonly disposed wool has great potential! The resulting yarn is a soft and lofty 3 ply, “Z” twist worsted.
